Villa Broccolo is a stone farmhouse restored by the owner with original Tuscan materials such as terracotta floors wood-beamed ceilings and exposed brickwork. The garden is completely fenced and surrounded by trees. The outdoor swimming pool is located 50 metres away. The wooden floors on the second floor of Villa Broccolo are all handmade. Modern facilities include air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The villa is only 12 km from the centre of Lucca and a 50-minute drive from Florence. You can reach Pisa and the seaside in half an hour.
