Family-run Hotel Aurora is in the heart of the spa town of Merano. Set on the river's promenade opposite the thermal baths it offers a restaurant serving regional national and international cuisine. Rooms offer either a vintage ambiance or a design style. All come with air-conditioning a minibar and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Upon request and at extra costs staff can provide a shuttle service to/from the airports of Bolzano Verona Bergamo Milan Venice Treviso Innsbruck and Munich. A 5-minute drive takes you to the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. A guarded garage is available at the thermal baths on the other side of the river at a discounted rate for guests. Free public parking can be found by Merano Train Station.
