Situated on a hilltop Villa il Leccio is a 17th-century restored farmhouse with an outdoor pool featuring panoramic views of the Segromigno Monte countryside. The house is equipped with free WiFi and satellite TV. Inside Villa il Leccio you will find wood-beamed ceilings and arched doorways complimented by pastel colours and country-style furniture. The living room is complete with couches and a fireplace and there are 4 modern bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a patio and outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities. On request a private cook can be hired. Guests can enjoy a tennis court on the property. Next to the pool is a cabin with a kitchenette and bathroom. Lucca is a 20-minute drive from the property while Pistoia is 45 km away.
