To the east of the North York Moors Pinewood Park offers a selection of accommodation with a Wild West theme. Around 3 miles from Scarborough the site provides free parking and includes a modern shower block. Pinewood Park includes cabins shacks lodges and wagons along with some tipi tents. Accommodation is basically furnished and guests will need to bring pillows duvets or sleeping bags except in the lodges where bedding is provided. Towels toiletries a torch and cooking equipment should also be brought by guests. Electricity usage is metered. The cabins are larger than the shacks and have a mini-fridge microwave toaster and kettle as do the lodges and wagons. The tipi tents are raised off the ground on wooden decks fully carpeted and have picnic tables outside. Dogs are welcome in all accommodation except the wagons. Scarborough Castle and the Spa Theatre are within 10-15 minutes’ drive of Pinewood Park. The Flamborough Head Heritage Coast and the seaside village of Robin Hood’s Bay are around 30 minutes’ drive away.
