General

This historic YHA hostel is within The Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. Enjoy meals in the licensed café bar and walk along the Shropshire Canal to the 200-year old Tar Tunnel. At YHA Ironbridge Coalport the majority of rooms contain bunk beds. There is a self-catering kitchen plus laundry facilities and a TV lounge. Also on site are a games room and a shop. YHA Coalport is the oldest surviving building of the Coalport china works. At the museum next door you can see examples of the china once made there. The famous Iron Bridge across the River Severn is about 2 miles away.
